The story of Hidden isn’t just about great coffee and authentic Neapolitan pizza—it’s about a whole lot of elbow grease, late nights, and a serious passion for hospitality.

When we took over this space in Middlestown, we wanted to build something special from the ground up. (And yes, that literally included spending our days off on our hands and knees scraping paint to uncover the original terrazzo floor!). We poured our hearts into giving this building a massive facelift and creating a cozy, welcoming spot with a modern edge.

By day, we are a serene cafe serving up beautiful specialty coffee, fresh pastries, and brilliant brunches. By the time the afternoon hits, the coffee machine slows down, the neon signs glow, and the ovens fire up for authentic Neapolitan pizzas, pints, and ridiculously good espresso martinis.

We aren’t a corporate chain; we are a fiercely independent local business fueled by caffeine, our amazing community, and a team that genuinely loves what they do.
